Scope and Responsibilities

Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

This is the official Shadowrocket website and guide. This disclaimer explains the scope of the instructions, App Store links and configuration examples on this site. Please read it before purchasing the app or changing settings.

1. Site Content and Scope

Before following a tutorial, check your device and the app’s current interface. This site provides information on verifying the genuine app, purchasing and installing it, importing configurations you already have, understanding rules and troubleshooting connections. The instructions explain how to perform tasks; they do not guarantee a connection in any particular network environment.

Shadowrocket is a closed-source commercial app available exclusively on Apple platforms, primarily for iPhone and iPad. Refer to the App Store listing for system requirements, compatibility and purchase availability. Follow the instructions according to the device and configuration you actually use.

2. Content Accuracy and Interface Changes

Tutorials reflect the interface and verifiable information available when they were written. The location of Home, Config and Settings, along with field names and available options, may change with app updates. Your device, system settings and interface language may also affect what you see. If anything differs, follow the prompts in the app and refer to the App Store listing.

Rule and parameter examples are provided to explain syntax; they are not complete configurations suitable for everyone. Before making changes, save your original configuration and check each policy name, protocol type and required field. We review the content carefully but cannot guarantee that every instruction will always cover all updates or special circumstances, or that copying an example will establish a connection.

3. Existing Configurations and User Responsibilities

Import instructions assume that you already have your own subscription or server details. This site does not provide, sell or recommend nodes or subscription services, or manage users’ connections. A one-time client purchase is not a service plan: buying the app does not include the servers, subscriptions or service term needed to connect.

Before entering details in Add Server or Subscribe, confirm their source, your authorization to use them and the applicable service terms. The relevant service provider is responsible for server availability, subscription updates, data allowances and service validity. Problems caused by changes to remote services, invalid details or network conditions cannot be attributed based solely on the client’s connection switch.

You are responsible for complying with applicable local laws and the rules of the networks and services you use. Before sharing logs or configurations, remove subscription URLs, passwords and other sensitive information. Do not publicly share content containing access credentials.

4. Purchases and External Links

To get the app, first visit the App Store listing verification page. Check the official icon, developer name Shadow Launch Technology Limited and app ID 932747118, then open the App Store product page. The App Store is the only place to purchase and download Shadowrocket.

Refer to the App Store listing and applicable transaction terms for the purchase price, local currency, availability, compatibility, refunds and eligibility to restore purchases. Information on this site does not replace the App Store checkout page or guarantee that prices will remain unchanged or that specific purchase benefits will apply.

Once you open the App Store, page display, account verification and transactions are handled by the relevant service. This site links to the product page to help you find the app but does not control the availability or subsequent changes of external pages. Review the terms on the external page before deciding whether to proceed.

5. Limits of Responsibility and Troubleshooting

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for interruptions or related losses caused by incorrectly entered details, replacing configurations without checking them, remote service issues or changes to external pages. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or affects rights you have under the law.

If steps differ or you need help checking an issue, first follow the tutorial, then consult the connection troubleshooting section of the user guide to distinguish purchase, configuration and connection issues. For transaction-related matters, follow the process provided by the App Store.
